Minority Media and Telecommunications Council submited a Petition for Rulemaking regarding a list of several odds and ends.  Nost of the list included technical considerations such as station community of coverage, FM allotments, and main studio requirements.  Among the most interesting suggestions was to create a new LPFM class, and the proposal have the Commission conduct tutorials on radio engineering rules.  The proposed rulemaking can be viewed below.  The item is also open to public comment within a 30 day window.
